As a Call Center Sales Representative, you will connect with business owners by phone, learn about their financial needs, and educate them on available solutions.

Success in this role comes from building rapport, asking thoughtful questions, understanding client needs, and guiding prospects through the sales process with professionalism and integrity. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy helping people, developing strong communication skills, and building a career in sales.

Speak with business owners and decision-makers by phone
Educate prospects on available financial solutions
Maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process
Manage and update customer information within the CRM system
Meet individual activity and performance goals
Ability to build relationships over the phone
Basic computer proficiency
Previous phone sales, call center, customer service, or inside sales experience
Experience in financial services, business services, or account management
CRM experience is a plus
No financial services experience is required.
