Data Analyst - Senior Level

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX that is seeking a Senior Level Data Analyst.

Responsibilities:
* Analyzes non-IT business problems and articulates requirements to support process improvement opportunities
* Creates framework for assessing financial payback
* Identifies alternative solutions and makes recommendation
* Prepares documentation of current and desired state
* Develops requirements and builds a common understanding between process owners and solution developers

REQUIREMENTS:
* Banking experience, specifically credit reports and how data flow to and through credit reporting agencies
* Ability to assess process performance, strong written and verbal communication skills, and experience in preparing ROI statements for proposed investments
* Strong SQL and SAS skills
* Preferred that the candidates to have full time employment experience in large bands/fintech
* Credit experience and US education are preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
