Job Description: The Oracle Fusion Cloud Reporting Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reporting solutions across Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM). This role ensures stakeholders have timely, accurate, and actionable data through OTBI, BI Publisher, HDL/HCM Extracts, dashboards, and integrations. The developer collaborates closely with functional teams, technical SMEs, and business partners to deliver high‑quality reporting that aligns with enterprise data standards and supports operational and strategic decision-making.

Job Responsibilities: Reporting Development & Support

• Design and build OTBI analytics, subject areas, KPIs, dashboards, and data models.
• Develop BI Publisher reports, templates, bursting definitions, and secure report distributions.
• Create and manage HCM Extracts, Payroll Extracts, HDL/HR data models, and custom data sources.
• Enhance and optimize existing reports for performance, accuracy, and user experience.
• Troubleshoot reporting issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement resolutions. 

Data Management & Integrations

• Analyze and map Oracle Fusion Cloud data entities for reporting and integration needs.
• Partner with integration teams on data flows involving OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, or external analytics platforms.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, data security, and audit requirements.  

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Work with functional leaders to gather reporting requirements across Finance, Procurement, HCM, SCM, Projects, and other modules.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and clear documentation.
• Support UAT cycles, end-user training, and production rollout activities.  

Continuous Improvement

• Stay current with quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, new reporting features, and emerging best practices.
• Recommend automation opportunities and reporting standardization across business domains.
• Maintain report catalogs, documentation, versioning, and metadata.
