Job Summary:

Client is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead complex software development and product delivery initiatives from planning through deployment. The ideal candidate will have strong SDLC, business analysis, stakeholder management, offshore team coordination, and advanced Jira administration experience.

Must Have Skills:

6+ years of experience managing software development and digital projects.

Hands-on project management experience across the full SDLC.

Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience managing offshore engineering teams across multiple time zones.

Advanced Jira administration, including project setup, workflow customization, Jira Software/Jira Service Management configuration, and automated reporting.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Experience with coding and JavaScript (JS).

Strong communication, presentation, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Experience Required:

Minimum 6 years of experience leading software development and digital projects, with strong SDLC and Agile expertise.

Technical Environment:

SQL, Jira, JavaScript, AngularJS, Node.js, Ruby on Rails, and WordPress.

Good To Have Skills:

Experience with SQL.

Familiarity with AngularJS, Node.js, Ruby on Rails, and WordPress.

Experience with Gantt charts, flowcharts, and project planning tools.

Bachelor s degree in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage projects from initiation and planning through development, testing, deployment, and closure.

Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.

Gather business requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.

Coordinate internal teams, offshore developers, stakeholders, and third-party vendors.

Manage project schedules, risks, competing priorities, and delivery progress.

Configure and maintain Jira projects, workflows, schemes, and automated reports.

Facilitate stakeholder meetings, document decisions, and track action items.

Collaborate with technology, operations, marketing, business development, and customer service teams.

Improve product development processes and ensure timely, successful launches.

Communicate project status, changes, and risks clearly to stakeholders.
