Operations Analyst – Systematic Withdrawal Plan (SWP)

We are seeking an Operations Analyst with hands-on experience in Custody Operations and Systematic Withdrawal Plans (SWP). The ideal candidate will support back-office processing for banking and advisor client groups, ensuring accurate and timely completion of operational activities.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive assignments while maintaining confidentiality and data quality.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.

• 1–4 years of experience in Custody Operations, specifically supporting SWP.

• Proficiency in SWP navigation and client/portfolio-level data research.

• Experience generating and interpreting BOXI reports.

• Understanding of capital markets, including Equities, Fixed Income, Bonds, Mutual Funds, and Traditional Assets.

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree or academic background in Accounting, Finance, or Business.

• Experience with banking or investment operations.

• Familiarity with cash movements, securities transfers, and client account maintenance.
