The Role

• Work in a social institution with children under guidance.
• Engage in daily childcare tasks.
• Address the individual needs of each child and support their integration into the group.
• Document and reflect on your work.
• Develop playful activities to foster children's skills.
• Act as a point of contact for parents and/or teachers.

What You'll Need

• (Technical) Matura/Abitur or a qualified vocational qualification, or be a state-certified technician or business administrator.
• German language proficiency at B2 level.
• Genuine enjoyment of working with children.
• Patience, resilience to stress, and comfort with conflict resolution.
• Empathy combined with assertiveness.
• Responsibility and an interest in social issues.
• Interest in both the practical work with children and theoretical/scientific aspects.

What's On Offer

• Monthly salary of €305 - €340 gross (depending on the practice partner).
• Study fees of up to €789 monthly covered.
