The Role • Planning and implementing educational measures for individuals with disabilities. • Providing individual support and guidance for people with support needs. • Assisting with daily living activities and leisure planning. • Documenting progress and developing individual support plans. • Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team. What You'll Need • Completed training as a Heilpädagoge / Heilerziehungspfleger (m/f/d) or comparable qualification. • Empathy, dedication, and a genuine passion for working with people. • Willingness to work shifts and weekends. • Strong team spirit and the ability to work independently. • Previous experience in disability support is advantageous.
