Description
In this rewarding role, you will:
- Provide trauma-informed, compassionate care
- Build trusting relationships and create positive daily routines
- Support education, life skills, and independence
- Prepare meals and promote healthy lifestyles
- Advocate for young people and ensure their voices are heard
- Support medical appointments and community activities
- Transport young people using your own vehicle when required
- Encourage confidence, resilience, and belief in their future

What Weāre Looking For
ā Experience working with children or young people (paid or voluntary)
ā A full UK driving licence and access to your own car
ā Patience, empathy, and emotional resilience
ā Flexibility to work waking nights, weekends, and sleep-ins
ā A clear enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
A relevant qualification (such as NVQ Level 3 in Childrenās Residential Care) is desirable but not essential ā weāll support the right people to grow.

- £17.50ph - £24.00ph PAYE Rate (including holiday pay)
- £20.00ph - £28.00ph Umbrella Rate
