Job Description
MUST HAVES:
- Dynatrace tagging / Dynatrace ownership
- Dynatrace Workflows / Automation
- Alerts integration with ITSM tools
Our goal is to significantly improve observability. The work will focus on three areas:
• Tagging every asset in Dynatrace with an owner
• Automating more of our incident detection, routing, and response
• Reducing mean time to repair (MTTR) for major incidents
Strong candidates will have hands-on experience with Dynatrace tagging and ownership models, Dynatrace Workflows and automation, and integrating alerts with ITSM tools (we are moving to Freshservice). If you have people who fit, please send us their profiles and rates.
