IT Technical Recruiter

Introduction:

As an IT Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring technical candidates for our team. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and find the best candidates to fill technical positions within our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify technical staffing needs
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
• Provide feedback to candidates and assist with offer negotiations
• Maintain candidate databases and keep track of recruitment metrics
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven experience as a technical recruiter or similar role
• Knowledge of technical skills and qualifications
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

Preferred Skills:

• Experience recruiting for IT positions
• Certification in Human Resources or a related field
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
