You will maintain accurate, audit-ready contract records, support ongoing process enhancements, and champion best practices that strengthen compliance, boost operational efficiency, and elevate customer satisfaction across the board.
Essential Qualification to the Role:
- Manage the full contract lifecycle from initial proposal development and solicitation review through final contract closeout and record retention.
- Demonstrating deep understanding of FAR/DFAR flow-downs and prime contract obligations while proactively identifying and mitigating compliance risks.
- Negotiating clear, enforceable terms that balance risk, cost reasonableness, and supplier performance expectations.
- Coordinate internal reviews, approvals, and work order processing while serving as a key communication link with customers, government agencies, and internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, and Project Management).
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready contract records, develop Small Business Subcontracting Plans (SBSPs), and champion process enhancements to drive operational efficiency.
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrated federal contracting experience.
If you're ready to join a dynamic team and make a real impact, we want to hear from you. The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $70,000.00 and $80,000.00 annually. If you have a different suggestion, please mention it in your application.
