Are You a Proven B2B Sales Leader? Do you have a track record of building high-performing sales teams, exceeding revenue goals, and creating a culture of accountability and execution? Sales Leadership & Team Development
Lead, train, motivate, and manage all members of the sales team to achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual growth goals. Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop high-performing sales professionals. Maintain a strong presence in the field by conducting ride-alongs, prospect visits, coaching sessions, and sales training. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar platforms.
