The Role

• Support the maintenance team and contractors with daily duties to ensure a high-quality hospital environment.
• Work with various hospital departments, requiring a friendly, approachable, and organised demeanor.
• Participate in an on-call system covering a nearby facility, and attend it as and when required.
• Uphold the organisation's commitment to delivering the best care and contributing to a positive patient experience.

What You'll Need

• City & Guilds Part 1/2, NVQ Level 2/3, or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience managing and coordinating contractors and service engineers.
• A strong understanding of Health and Safety guidelines and applicable laws.
• Knowledge of Legionella prevention requirements in hospital buildings.
• Competence in IT and sound fault-finding techniques.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
