Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack .NET Developer for a Contract-to-Hire (C2H) opportunity in Mechanicsburg, PA. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET 6/8, Angular or React, Web API, SQL Server, and Azure cloud services.

The candidate should be able to work independently, handle full stack development activities, troubleshoot application issues, and deliver quality solutions with minimal supervision.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Core, and .NET Framework.

• Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices using ASP.NET Core Web API.

• Strong front-end development experience with Angular or React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

• Experience with SQL Server, including stored procedures, complex queries, and query optimization.

• Strong knowledge of Entity Framework Core, LINQ, and object-oriented programming.

• Experience with Azure cloud services, including Azure App Service, Azure Functions, and Azure SQL.

• Experience implementing authentication and authorization using OAuth 2.0, JWT, or Azure AD.

• Hands-on experience with Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience with unit testing, debugging, and application performance optimization.

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC processes.

• Ability to work independently with minimal technical supervision.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with .NET 6/7/8 or later.

• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.

• Experience with Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, and Key Vault.

• Familiarity with Redis caching.

• Experience with xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest.

• Knowledge of cloud-native applications and distributed systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, and Angular or React.

• Develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend business logic.

• Build responsive and reusable front-end components.

• Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.

• Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.

• Participate in technical design discussions, peer code reviews, and effort estimation.

• Troubleshoot application defects, resolve production issues, and improve system performance.

• Develop and maintain applications deployed on Microsoft Azure.

• Support automated builds, deployments, and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

• Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and other developers.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and deliver assigned sprint backlog items.

• Take ownership of development tasks and ensure timely delivery.

• Must be willing to work 100% onsite in Mechanicsburg, PA.
