The Role

• Lead the promotion of our psychiatry portfolio by executing sales and marketing strategies.
• Drive sales performance through comprehensive clinical knowledge.
• Develop and implement data-driven business plans and tactics to maximize sales execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Develop expertise in the local market and therapeutic area to identify opportunities.
• Stay informed on reimbursement dynamics and effectively address payer access issues.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or related healthcare sales experience.
• Proven ability to master product knowledge and pass annual certifications.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
• Must reside within 40 miles of the territory boundaries.
• Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
