The Role

• Act as a lead in the absence of store management, overseeing daily operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with locating merchandise.
• Manage inventory, including unloading trucks, stocking shelves, and assisting with plan-o-gram execution.
• Operate the cash register, process transactions accurately, and handle customer payments.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and a safe shopping environment.
• Support store opening and closing procedures as directed.

What You'll Need

• Ability to perform mathematical calculations for transactions and inventory management.
• Proficiency in cash handling procedures and register operations.
• Knowledge of safety, facility, and cash control policies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Ability to read and implement visual merchandising and plan-o-gram guidance.
• High school diploma or equivalent and prior supervisory or related experience is preferred.
