In-Store Product Ambassador

Columbus Worthington Air seeks an In-Store Product Ambassador to represent our residential heating, cooling, and indoor air quality services inside partner retail locations across Central Ohio. You'll actively approach shoppers, explain HVAC and air quality options, and generate qualified leads for in-home consultations and service. Ideal candidates are energetic, professional, and comfortable starting conversations. We provide product and safety training, modern tools, and a supportive, customer-first culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and continuous development in the growing HVAC field.

Responsibilities

• Engage shoppers in retail stores to promote Columbus Worthington Air HVAC and indoor air quality services
• Educate customers on heating, cooling, and air quality solutions and current promotions
• Answer basic product and service questions and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments
• Collect customer information accurately and enter leads into company systems
• Maintain a professional, branded presence and uphold company standards in partner retail locations
• Collaborate with technicians and sales teams to ensure smooth handoff of leads and great customer experience
• Track daily activity, leads, and conversions to meet or exceed performance goals
• Participate in ongoing training on products, safety, and customer engagement best practices
