We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable CRM solutions supporting enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Salesforce development, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, API integrations, and CI/CD using Azure DevOps.

Required Skills: 

6+ years of Salesforce Development experience

Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Development Lifecycle and SFDX

4+ years of experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, HTML5, and JavaScript

5+ years of experience with Service Cloud and/or Health Cloud

3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning and LWC

Experience with Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and other declarative tools

Experience integrating Salesforce with cloud and on-premise applications using REST and SOAP APIs

Strong knowledge of OAuth, Single Sign-On (SSO), and authentication protocols

Experience with Batch Apex and Scheduled Apex

Hands-on experience with data migration, system integration, and AppExchange solutions

Experience using Azure DevOps or similar tools for CI/CD, release management, and source control

Strong knowledge of HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, XML, and Web Services

Experience gathering technical requirements and translating business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I

Salesforce Certified Administrator

Experience with Conga and Drawloop

Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps

Exposure to cloud integration projects

Experience with FedRAMP-compliant environments or government projects

Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, and release management

Responsibilities: 

Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Aura

Build and enhance CRM solutions supporting business operations

Develop integrations with third-party and enterprise applications

Implement CI/CD pipelines using SFDX and Azure DevOps

Create technical documentation and architecture designs

Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions

Support release management, code deployment, and environment management

Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams

Identify technical risks and recommend effective solutions

Education: 

Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Location Requirement: Candidates must currently reside within 90 miles of Lansing, Michigan, and be available to work onsite every Tuesday and Wednesday from Day 1.
