Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Blue Yonder (BY) OMS Technical Lead with strong expertise in Blue Yonder Order Management System (OMS) to lead the design, development, and implementation of OMS solutions. The ideal candidate should have a solid technical background, hands-on development experience, and the ability to lead technical initiatives while working closely with business and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Blue Yonder OMS solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop and customize Blue Yonder OMS components based on business needs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support system integrations between Blue Yonder OMS and enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Lead technical discussions and mentor junior team members.
• Support application deployments, upgrades, and production releases.
• Work in an Agile environment and participate in sprint planning, estimation, and daily stand-ups.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall IT experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Blue Yonder (BY) Order Management System (OMS).
• Strong technical expertise in Blue Yonder OMS configuration, customization, and implementation.
• Experience integrating BY OMS with enterprise applications and third-party systems.
• Knowledge of Order Management, Order Fulfillment, Inventory Management, and Supply Chain processes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
