The Role • Define cybersecurity policies, standards, procedures, and guardrails for secure product and enterprise tool development. • Lead working groups to drive the definition of cybersecurity guidelines across architecture teams. • Develop secure design patterns adopted by engineering teams to ensure robust infrastructure and services. • Conduct in-depth risk analysis and propose innovative security solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient and scalable adoption of secure design patterns. • Participate in security incident response to identify and address design gaps. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 8+ years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Minimum 4 years focused specifically on cybersecurity. • Practical expertise in AWS cloud infrastructure, services, and on-premises infrastructure. • Proven ability to articulate cybersecurity objectives to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Strong knowledge of current cybersecurity and technology architectures (e.g., zero trust, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, containerization). • Experience with Agile methodologies and deploying solutions in large organizations.
