Entry-Level Cloud Software Engineer [$186k/yr+] TS/SCI-FS Poly with Security Clearance

Summary: • Develop and enhance secure, scalable cloud applications within an Agile DevOps environment supporting national security missions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and deploy modern software solutions utilizing Java, containerization, and cloud technologies.

Qualifications && Compensation: • Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Years of experience: 0+ years • Total Compensation: $186k+ yearly (tentative) • Active TS/SCI clearance with current polygraph • Cloud certification required (e.g., AWS Certified Developer - Associate, AWS DevOps Engineer - Professional, or CKAD) • Foundational experience with Java development and version contr ol using Git or GitLab Job Description: • Design, develop, and maintain cloud-based software components and services using Java and JavaScript frameworks. • Build and integrate RESTful APIs and interact with databases such as MongoDB. • Containerize applications using Docker and support orchestration workflows with Kubernetes. • Automate build, test, and deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools including GitLab CI/CD and Jenkins. • Utilize modern cloud platforms such as AWS to deliver resilient and scalable solutions. • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and track project activities using Jira and Confluence.

Telework: This position is performed on-site at a contractor facility, with telework flexibility available based on tasking and customer approval.
