The Role

• Develop strategic recommendations for pest prevention to new and existing commercial clients.
• Build trusted relationships by solving problems and acting as an essential partner to client businesses.
• Conduct property inspections to identify pest issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Utilize provided sales tools, including an iPad and sales software, to prepare agreements and stay organized.
• Achieve sales goals through proactive prospecting and lead follow-up.
• Deliver clear explanations of solutions, addressing customer questions with confidence and care.

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license/certification (company-paid).
• Willingness to work independently in the field across various weather conditions.
• Ability to meet physical demands including ladder use, lifting up to 50 lbs, and accessing confined spaces.
• A service-oriented mindset focused on building customer loyalty and trust.
