Race Communications, California's leading 10G fiber internet provider, is seeking experienced Outside Sales Representatives to connect homes and communities in Chico. What We Offer

$19/hr (Guaranteed) + uncapped commissions (Total anticipated yearly compensation: $60,000 - $85,000+)

What You'll Do

Connect with potential customers door-to-door, explaining the benefits of Race fiber internet, phone, and TV services.
Identify customer needs and close sales.
Build relationships and provide excellent customer service.
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.

Requirements
What You Need:
Valid California driver's license.
High school diploma/GED.
Sales or customer service experience preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills.
