The Role

• Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic skills directly to customers at their location.
• Perform a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and checks.
• Manage stock, reporting, and maintain customer communication.
• Represent the company with pride, acting as the face of the brand to customers.
• Embrace independent problem-solving and decision-making for each customer's needs.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician with a range of light vehicles.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for customer interaction and advice.
