Vice President of Human Resources

SXSE Enterprises seeks a Vice President of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition to build and lead the people strategy for our growing, chef‑driven hospitality group. Based in Chicago, this role oversees talent acquisition, HR operations, compliance, performance management, and culture for multi‑concept restaurant and nightlife brands. You will design scalable HR frameworks, lead recruitment for leadership and hourly teams, implement training and development programs, and advise executives on organizational design while championing SXSE’s creative, guest‑focused culture and high service standards.
