Position: Oracle ERP  Cloud Financials Functional Consultant

Location: Remote

Duration: Longterm

VISA: No Constraints

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Financials Functional Consultant with expertise in EBS to Cloud migration, accounting background, and a proven ability to design and implement chart of accounts. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) team, CFO team, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and optimization of Oracle Cloud Financials.

Qualifications:

·Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

·Proven experience as an Oracle Cloud Financials Functional Consultant, with expertise in EBS to Cloud migration projects and chart of accounts design.

· Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and Oracle Cloud Financials modules.

·  Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

·Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

 

·  Lead EBS to Cloud migration projects, overseeing end-to-end migration activities, including data mapping, conversion, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure a smooth transition to Oracle Cloud Financials.

· Utilize accounting expertise to design and implement charts of accounts within Oracle Cloud Financials, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

· Work closely with the FP&A team and CFO team to gather requirements, analyze financial data, and develop reporting solutions within Oracle Cloud Financials to support strategic decision-making and financial planning processes.SIT Fit Gap Analysis and Solution Provider:

· Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) fit gap analysis to identify discrepancies between existing EBS functionalities and Oracle Cloud Financials, providing solutions and recommendations for customization and configuration.

· Mentorship and Functional Inputs: Mentor technical teams and provide functional inputs on Oracle Cloud Financials configuration, data migration, and integration, ensuring adherence to project objectives, timelines, and quality standards.

·Cloud ERP Integration with Tracing Partners and Banks: Design and implement Cloud ERP integrations with tracing partners, banks, and financial institutions, ensuring secure and compliant data exchange, streamlined processes, and enhanced operational efficiency.
