Job Description

Lab Technician R&D/TS&D

Introduction:

The Lab Technician R&D/TS&D will be responsible for supporting Process R&D activities by operating batch and Parr reactors, conducting polymerization experiments, collecting and documenting data, troubleshooting equipment, performing routine maintenance, and supporting laboratory setups. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of laboratory or chemical process experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate batch and Parr reactors
  • Conduct polymerization experiments
  • Collect and document data
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment
  • Support laboratory setups

Requirements:

Required Skills:

  • High School Diploma + 3 years lab experience
  • Hands-on experience with reactors, analytical instruments, and laboratory operations
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and safety mindset

Preferred Skills:

  • Associate Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field
  • Experience with laboratory instrumentation, reactor operations, chemical handling, and safety protocols
