Data Platform Engineering Lead

We are seeking a Data Platform Engineering Lead to design, build, and manage enterprise-scale cloud-native data platforms supporting Asset Management / Investment Management functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, implementation, and administration of enterprise data platforms.
• Design and manage Databricks Lakehouse, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, DLT, and Workflows.
• Build scalable data pipelines using dbt and Airflow.
• Lead AWS cloud engineering across S3, EKS, ECS, Lambda, Glue, and CloudWatch.
• Develop reusable Terraform modules and automate infrastructure provisioning.
• Implement CI/CD and GitOps using GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
• Establish platform security, governance, monitoring, observability, and SRE practices.
• Define SLAs/SLOs, manage incidents, and drive root-cause analysis.
• Partner with Asset Management, Portfolio Management, Risk, and Investment Operations teams.

Preferred

• Experience in Financial Services / Asset Management / Capital Markets.
• Strong leadership, architecture, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, and Structured Streaming.
