Senior Data Operations Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client seeking a Senior Data Operations Analyst in the south Florida area.

Overview

The Senior Data Operations Analyst is a temporary staff augmentation resource responsible for supporting operational data activities associated with Route-to-Market transformation, distributor transitions, system changes, and business continuity across North America. This is a hands-on execution role focused on data transition support, issue investigation, data reconciliation, operational monitoring, testing, and stabilization.

The analyst will work across business, Data & Analytics, Technology, distributor, and external partner teams to identify issues, coordinate remediation, and maintain continuity while sustainable solutions are developed and implemented. The position complements existing data quality, commercial solutions, data engineering, and analytics responsibilities. It does not own data governance, business data standards, master data policy, technology strategy, solution roadmaps, analytics products, or long-term process design.

REQUIREMENTS

• Five or more years of experience in data operations, data analysis, business operations, analytics operations, technology operations, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience analyzing and reconciling data across multiple sources
• Strong problem-solving and issue-investigation capabilities
• Ability to work with large or complex datasets and identify discrepancies
• Experience supporting data migrations, system transitions, testing, or operational stabilization
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience creating clear issue documentation, reconciliation evidence, and operational status reporting
• Ability to coordinate work across business, data, technology, and external support teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage several operational priorities with limited supervision

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
