Job Title: Applied Data Scientist [need a Technical lead]
Location: Minneapolis/St Paul Minnesota | Onsite
Work Exp: 15-20 yrs

Required Skills:
- 10+ years of industry experience with measurable business impact
- Strong Machine Learning, AI, Optimization and/or Physics-Based Modeling
- Experience in Energy, Utilities, Industrial, Logistics or other operational industries
- Production ML/AI systems and model deployment experience
- Strong Python, SQL and Data Science skills
- Data Science + Software Engineering experience
- Technical solution architecture and end-to-end ownership
- Experience with GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar AI-assisted development tools
- Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred: Experience delivering scalable, production-grade ML/AI solutions with measurable business outcomes.
