Job Description

Office Administrator

Location: Docklands

Work Arrangement: On-site

The Role

We are looking for a Facilities Executive to help keep our client's office running smoothly. Our client is a leading technology provider based in Docklands, offering services across Australia and globally. This role involves general facilities support and office administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily facility operations, including maintenance scheduling, contractor coordination, safety checks, and record keeping
  • Assist with office management tasks such as mail handling, supplies, catering, front desk duties, and general administrative support
  • Help with workspace setup, seating plans, desk moves, and maintaining a tidy and functional office environment
  • Manage employee laptops, including ordering, basic setup, stock control, and collection from exiting staff
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with IT asset disposal processes
  • Support onboarding activities and help ensure a smooth experience for new employees

What We're Looking For

  • Good organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work well with different teams and external vendors
  • A practical, hands on approach to daily tasks
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience (Administration or Hospitality background ideal)
  • Experience in facility operations, maintenance, or technical coordination
  • Familiarity with safety regulations, building codes, and compliance standards
