About the Role

A legal services firm is seeking an experienced partner to grow its labor and employment practice in healthcare regulatory and compliance. This entrepreneurial role offers the opportunity to develop a specialized practice within a collaborative network.

What You'll Do

• Advise healthcare clients on regulatory and compliance matters.

• Build and expand a healthcare-focused labor and employment practice.

• Develop client relationships and contribute to cross-practice business development.

What We're Looking For

• At least 10 years of experience practicing labor and employment law, with a focus on healthcare regulatory and compliance matters.

• A portable book of business of approximately $1 million.

• A Juris Doctor degree and experience at an established law firm or specialized boutique.

• Expertise in healthcare regulatory and compliance matters.

• U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status.

• Based in Denver or willing to relocate there.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $200,000 to $350,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
