Job Overview

 

Key Responsibilities

 

• Drive design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise Pega solutions
• Ensure alignment with Pega best practices and business objectives
• Mentor development teams and manage technical delivery
• Interface directly with technical leadership and client stakeholders
• Work on aggressive schedules while maintaining low-to-no rework quality standards

Required Skills

 

• PCLSA – Part 2 certification (mandatory)
• Smart Dispute Framework experience (mandatory)
• Hands-on experience with Pega 7.x, 8.x, and Pega Infinity
• Case Management, Business Rules, and Decisioning
• Data Modeling and Data Pages
• UI development: UI Kit, Cosmos, Constellation UI
• Integrations: REST, SOAP, JMS, File, Database
• Security and Access Control within Pega
• Performance optimization and build/rollout best practices
• Financial domain experience

Preferred Skills

 

• Familiarity with Pega BluePrint, Gen AI, and Agentic offerings
• Experience with setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and security across Pega environments
