Job Description
This is an onsite contract-to-hire position for local Tampa Bay candidates only
TOP NON-NEGOTIABLE SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or STEM discipline, such as Data Science, Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. - REQUIRED
- 2-5 years of progressively responsible experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, data visualization, or a related analytical role.
- Experience supporting enterprise analytics, large or complex datasets, utility operations, or technology transformation programs.
- MS Excel; MS Power BI (developing business intelligence reports and dashboards); SQL (ability to query, join, validate, and reconcile data from multiple sources)
- Exposure to Snowflake, Python, machine learning, or AI data solutions.
- Soft skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders
