Data Analyst Healthcare (2-3 Years Experience)

About the Role

AaraTech Inc is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst Healthcare (2-3 years experience) to support healthcare reporting, analytics, and data quality initiatives. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who enjoy working with healthcare data, building reports, and delivering insights that support business and operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, clean, and analyze healthcare data from multiple sources
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Excel
  • Perform data validation, quality checks, and reconciliation
  • Write SQL queries to extract and analyze healthcare data
  • Support KPI tracking, trend analysis, and recurring performance reports
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs
  • Document report logic, metrics, and data definitions
  • Assist with ad-hoc analysis and business reviews
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in Data Analysis, Reporting, or a related role
  • Bachelor s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Working knowledge of SQL
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, charts)
  • Understanding of data cleaning, validation, and basic analytics
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
