The Role

• Sourcing offers, negotiating with suppliers, processing orders, and monitoring deadlines.
• Preparing quotations and proposals.
• Handling customer orders and invoicing.
• Assisting with ongoing accounting (accounts receivable/payable).
• Reviewing invoices and contributing to controlling activities.
• Managing general correspondence and data maintenance within the ERP system.

What You'll Need

• Completed apprenticeship as an Industriekaufmann or equivalent commercial qualification.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and ideally experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
• Structured, independent work style with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken.
• High reliability and quick comprehension for learning new processes.
