Application Support & Incident Resolution:

Provide functional support for SAP VIM-related incidents, and production issues.
Perform root cause analysis and coordinate resolution activities to minimize business disruption.
Monitor and support day-to-day SAP VIM operations, including document processing, workflow execution and exception handling.
Ensure operational continuity and timely resolution of processing issues.
Enhancements:

Analyze business requirements and implement approved SAP VIM enhancements, configuration changes
Identify automation and optimization opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
Project & Initiative Support:

Support SAP VIM-related project activities, including new business requirements, system changes, testing, deployments, and implementation initiatives.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of project objectives.
Work closely with business users, SAP functional teams, and technical teams to address requirements and issues.
