Cybersecurity Program Manager (IAM/PAM)

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Program Manager with 10+ years of experience managing Identity & Access Management (IAM) or Privileged Access Management (PAM) programs. The ideal candidate will lead enterprise cybersecurity initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive successful delivery of IAM/PAM projects.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, IAM, or PAM Program/Project Management.
• Experience delivering IAM or PAM implementation projects (CyberArk experience preferred).
• Strong experience managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder enterprise programs.
• Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing consulting engagements (Time & Material and Fixed Scope).
• Strong project planning, risk management, and delivery management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, and Business teams.
