AEM Program Manager

Duration: 18 Months  

Location: Plano, TX (4 days onsite)

We are seeking a Project Manager with strong expertise in Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions, including AEM,

A Project Manager with AEM (functional knowledge only)

WHAT YOU''LL DO:

Manage scope, timelines, risks, budgets, and stakeholder expectations

Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos

Maintain Jira boards and dashboards, ensuring transparency and progress tracking

Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, QA, and Adobe SMEs to ensure alignment and timely delivery

Prepare and maintain project documentation including charters, roadmaps, RACI, and RAID logs

Track and report project health and status to senior leadership and clients

Identify and mitigate project risks and roadblocks proactively

Coordinate third-party vendors or Adobe teams when needed for solution delivery

Promote agile best practices, continuous improvement, and a delivery-focused culture

WHAT YOU''LL NEED:

Deep understanding of Adobe Marketing Cloud products: AEM, Analytics, Target, Workfront, AEP (RTCDP, CJA)

Proven experience managing CMS or MarTech implementation projects

Strong command of project management methodologies – PMP, Agile, Scrum

Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and project tracking tools

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills

Ability to manage cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization

7–10 years of experience in project management roles in digital marketing or CMS ecosystems

Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level projects in Adobe or similar digital experience platforms

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with distributed global teams

Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field

PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP or equivalent certifications required

Adobe Experience Cloud certifications (AEM, Workfront, Analytics, AEP) are a strong plus
