Technical Recruiter

Position Summary

The organization is seeking a dedicated Recruiter II to manage all back-office methods of direct sourcing and fulfillment. This role is focused on achieving cost savings through direct-to-market strategies, primarily for non-exempt and entry-level positions. The ideal candidate will support the staffing process with a strong emphasis on efficiency and partnership development.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute all back-office sourcing and fulfillment activities using direct market strategies


• Focus on positions that are non-exempt or entry-level to optimize cost and efficiency


• Develop and nurture partnerships to support staffing needs


• Utilize data mining, Boolean search techniques, and keyword searches to identify qualified candidates


• Screen resumes and manage candidate pipelines


• Leverage MS Office tools, such as Excel and PowerPoint, to support recruitment activities


• Maintain a client-oriented approach, ensuring excellent service and results

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience


• Progressive experience in technical recruiting


• Demonstrated knowledge of technical and legal aspects of HR


• Ability to conduct Boolean searches and data mining


• Skilled in sourcing and resume screening


• Proficient in keyword search techniques


• Familiarity with MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint


• Strong interpersonal, multitasking, and prioritization skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree and/or relevant certification in related fields
