Business Data Analyst – P&C Insurance Claims

We are looking for a Business Data Analyst with strong experience in enterprise data analysis, SQL, data mapping and transformation, along with solid Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Claims domain knowledge.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of total professional experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, data mapping and data transformation
• Strong SQL skills including analytical/window functions and query optimization
• Strong STTM / Source-to-Target Mapping experience
• Experience with ETL/data flows and enterprise data environments
• Hands-on data profiling, validation and data quality experience
• Strong P&C Insurance domain knowledge
• Experience with Claims and Policy Administration data
• Strong business requirements and stakeholder-management skills
