Power BI Analyst

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Developer / BI Analyst to support enterprise data management, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Power BI, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Tableau, SQL, data warehousing, and dimensional data modeling, along with experience supporting business users.
The candidate will work closely with end users and stakeholders to understand reporting and data needs, develop BI solutions and dashboards, maintain data warehouse environments, improve data quality, and provide Tier 1 support and training for BI tools.
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, BI Development, Data Analytics, Reporting, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with one or more BI/reporting platforms, particularly:
Microsoft Power BI
SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
Tableau
Cognos
Qlik
Sisense
SAP Crystal Reports
Strong SQL skills.
Experience with data warehousing and dimensional data modeling.
Experience with data quality and data flow improvement.
Experience providing end-user support / Tier 1 support.
Active Secret Security Clearance.
Strong communication and end-user training skills.
