The Role

• Lead HR operations for over 200 warehouse, facilities, and office employees.
• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing HR team to support staffing for a new facility.
• Collaborate with leadership on hiring, performance management, employee relations, and engagement initiatives.
• Guide performance conversations to foster a positive and productive workplace.
• Play a key role in recruiting and retaining top talent for a 1.4 million square-foot warehouse.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of HR and talent acquisition experience, including previous management experience.
• Strong knowledge of federal and Ohio labor and employment laws.
• Proven recruiting background, particularly in high-growth, shift, or warehouse settings.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Willingness to travel extensively for initial training at various North American locations.
