Job Title: Senior Product Manager, AI-Enabled SaaS Platform
Company: Nimara Ventures, Inc. Location: Remote (US-based). 3-4 hours overlap with US Eastern/Central hours Employment Type: Contract, long-term (W2, C2C or 1099)
Pay Rate: [$35-$40/hr C2C] · [$40-$45/hr W2]
About the RoleNimara Ventures places senior AI, DevOps and product engineers with US companies. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with 10+ years of experience to own the roadmap for a fast-growing, AI-enabled commerce platform used by restaurant chains and millions of consumers. You’ll work closely with our engineering, design, and business teams, and you’ll use AI tools in your day-to-day product work as well as in the product itself.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and prioritization (ICE, RICE, or similar) for a B2B2C SaaS platform.
  • Lead product decisions across POS integrations, menu management, payments, omnichannel loyalty, and delivery systems.
  • Define and launch AI-powered features, such as conversational chatbots, personalization, recommendations, and support automation, and work with engineering and data teams on how the models are built, evaluated, and shipped.
  • Write clear PRDs, SRS documents, and user stories, using AI assistants (ChatGPT, Gemini, NotebookLM) to speed up research, drafting, and requirement analysis, while keeping a human review in the loop.
  • Design and refine prompts and AI workflows for internal use cases such as feedback analysis, competitive research, and support triage.
  • Set AI product metrics (accuracy, latency, cost per request, CSAT, adoption) alongside core product KPIs (DAU/MAU, conversion, retention).
  • Build product analytics using Mixpanel, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager, and turn the data into decisions.
  • Run Agile and Scrum ceremonies, manage UAT and test case reviews, and make sure releases are high quality.
  • Manage vendors, API partners, and third-party integrations, and lead go-to-market and pricing strategy.
  • Mentor junior product managers and work with senior stakeholders on risks, trade-offs, and delivery timelines.

Required Qualifications
  • 8-10+ years of product management experience in SaaS, fintech, or commerce platforms.
  • Proven record of taking products from 0 to 1 and scaling them to large user bases (50K+ daily active users).
  • Hands-on experience with API-based products and integrations, including API testing with Postman.
  • Strong Agile and Scrum experience, with solid requirement gathering, gap analysis, and user journey mapping.
  • Experience using Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, NotebookLM) and prompt engineering in product work.
  • Strong skills in product analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience launching AI/ML or NLP-based products such as chatbots, recommendation engines, or analytics dashboards.
  • Background in food tech, restaurant tech, POS, payments, or loyalty platforms.
  • Experience leading product teams and working with large engineering groups.
  • Familiarity with responsible AI practices (bias, privacy, guardrails, human-in-the-loop).
  • MBA or equivalent management program.
