Job Description:
Product Manager

We're seeking a driven and collaborative Product Owner / Product Manager to lead the development of impactful, internal-facing data products. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, data, and technology, where you'll partner closely with engineering, analytics, and data science teams to translate complex needs into high-value solutions.

In addition to owning the product backlog and guiding Agile delivery, you'll work alongside Data Science and MLOps teams, bringing working knowledge of model lifecycles, experimentation, and deployment considerations into product decisions.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys shaping data- and ML-enabled products, influencing priorities, and delivering scalable solutions that drive real business outcomes.

What You'll Do

Develop and own internal-facing data products, ensuring alignment with established technical and architectural standards.

Proactively identify, address, and resolve issues by collaborating closely with Agile teams, stakeholders, and business partners.

Execute epics and user stories to support initiative completion, applying Agile product development practices within your assigned team.

Serve as a key connector across business and operations teams, data discovery, data integration, and business intelligence development teams.

Resolve product-related challenges, make informed decisions, and continuously perform trade-off analyses to keep development aligned with delivery commitments.

Maintain and refine the product backlog, effectively prioritizing work to balance short-term, high-value increments with mid-term opportunities and long-term strategic needs.

Skills & Qualifications

Several years of experience in the IT industry, preferably in a Product Owner or Product Manager role.

Demonstrated experience working in Agile environments (e.g., Scrum, SAFe), including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and collaboration with cross-functional delivery teams.

Proven ability to create, refine, prioritize, and maintain product backlogs aligned to business value, customer needs, and delivery capacity.

Strong ability to understand business objectives, value drivers, and trade-offs-and translate them into clear, actionable product requirements and priorities.

Experience defining, delivering, and managing data-driven products, such as analytics solutions, dashboards, data pipelines, or AI/ML-enabled capabilities.

Hands-on experience partnering with engineering, data, and design teams to deliver products from concept through release.

Solid understanding of the end-to-end product lifecycle, including discovery, delivery, launch, iteration, and retirement.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product vision, priorities, and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
