The Role

• Locate, prepare, and package merchandise for online orders.
• Ensure the accuracy of all orders before customer pickup.
• Make appropriate product substitutions when necessary.
• Consult with customers to ensure satisfaction with their orders.
• Contribute to a seamless online shopping fulfillment process.

What You'll Need

• Ability to accurately pick and pack items.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills for customer interaction.
• Availability to work various shifts (Opening, Morning, Mid-Shift, Closing).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous retail or fulfillment experience is a plus.
