• Fast learner with the ability to ramp up on new business and technical content
• AI utilization: 
• Actively leveraging AI tools for day-to-day tasks
• Collaborating with teams to identify effective AI-driven efficiencies

Domain & Technical Experience

• Fraud Applications Experience (Highly Preferred) 
• Supporting fraud-related applications in the UPS network
• Exposure to packing, shipment tracking, and logistics workflows
• Agile Experience (Required) 
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Avio / ADIO 
• Hands-on usage for capturing and managing user stories
• Tool usage knowledge is sufficient (deep configuration experience not required)
