Job Title Business Analyst (PeopleSoft)

Location - Remote USA

Experience - Min 10+ years

As a Business Analyst (PeopleSoft) you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.

Responsibilities: -

8+ years of Business Analyst experience.

Strong hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Accounts Payable

Ability to independently lead requirements and functional solution design

Strong understanding of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and voucher-to-payment lifecycle

Hands-on knowledge of: o Voucher creation, matching and approvals o Voucher posting and accounting entries o Vendor/supplier processes o Pay Cycle and payment processing Requirements gathering and gap analysis

Functional specifications and process flows

Configuration and impact analysis

SIT/UAT planning and defect triage

Production issue analysis and resolution

Ability to work closely with PeopleCode developers and business stakeholders

Strong SQL / PS Query knowledge preferred Preferred

Experience with GL, Purchasing, AR or other PeopleSoft FSCM modules

PUM/upgrade experience Integration/interface experience

Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management skill

What we're looking for

Educational Qualifications: -

Engineering Degree BE / ME / BTech / M Tech / B.Sc. / M.Sc.

Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.

Mandatory Technical skills: -
