Functional Analyst

Must-Have Skills:

• 1–4 years of experience in customer service, service desk, coordination, or project support, with strong communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage high-volume requests, prioritize tasks, and follow up with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint; ship required.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in procurement, supply chain, contract administration, or vendor onboarding.
• Familiarity with third-party risk concepts and workflow, ticketing, or case management tools.
