Job Description:
We are seeking a hands-on Senior Developer with expertise in Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, and AI agent development to build and integrate AI agents into existing contact center and IVR solutions.
Required Skills:

5+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect / Amazon Lex.

2+ years of experience building AI agents within Amazon Connect.

Experience enhancing existing Connect/Lex implementations.

Knowledge of CC IVR and Retail use cases.

Strong development, integration, and troubleshooting skills.
